Responsibilities
  • Resolve bugs and issues within ServiceNow modules
  • Deploy and maintain Workspaces capabilities for clients
  • Develop and upgrade applications using the ServiceNow app engine
  • Support and enhance ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules
  • Design and update dashboards according to client needs
  • Oversee and prioritize a backlog of more than 100 enhancement requests
  • Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to provide solutions
  • Conduct testing and validation of ServiceNow features before release
  • Prepare documentation for technical specifications and modifications
  • Offer technical guidance and support to junior developers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development with over 5 years in ITSM products
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and associated modules
  • Hands-on experience with Workspaces implementation in ServiceNow
  • Demonstrated capability in bug fixing and managing enhancement backlogs
  • Solid knowledge of HAM, SAM, and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • English proficiency at B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Certification in ServiceNow Development
  • Familiarity with advanced features of the app engine
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience with scripting and automation in ServiceNow
