We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP Logistics (SCM) Consultant to join our remote team and lead our SAP Logistics department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire SAP Logistics team and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Logistics projects. You will be a crucial part of our company's success and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the SAP Logistics team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure that projects are delivered using Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Logistics (SCM)
- 1+ years of leading experience
- Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Functional Testing
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English language skills with an upper-intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP MM and SAP PP
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE)
