We are seeking a Lead SAP HCM Consultant who possesses advanced expertise in SAP HCM and exceptional skills in Business Analysis. The successful candidate will oversee team activities, guide solution design, ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, and drive strategic stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and clarification of complex customer business requirements
- Coordinate closely with UX and Solution Architects to steer alignment on solution deliverables
- Oversee the creation of robust project backlogs, including detailed functional specifications
- Set and document high-level project acceptance criteria and objectives
- Supervise ongoing project activities and provide strategic guidance during testing phases
- Manage stakeholder communication, alignment, and escalations at a leadership level
- Facilitate high-impact workshops and verify stakeholder requirements' strategic fit
- Ensure timely resolution of escalated challenges and critical project dependencies
- Advocate for advanced best practices in SAP HCM implementations and tailored solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM and related Business Analysis
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proven expertise in managing multi-level stakeholder engagement and executive communication
- Leadership in delivering functional specifications and acceptance criteria documentation
- Advanced experience collaborating with UX and solution architects on solution frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end implementation, testing, and support strategies
- Strong proficiency in SAP project lifecycle management and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in written and spoken English (B2+ level or higher)
