Lead SAP HCM Consultant
We are looking for an expert Lead SAP HCM Consultant to join our team and contribute to our strategic projects and operational leadership. This role requires a professional with extensive expertise in SAP HCM modules, particularly in time management, payroll, and interface technologies. The ideal candidate is expected to proficiently handle complex implementation, support tasks, ensure compliance with legal standards such as GDPR, and lead project teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in payroll processing support in the local language, including coordination of follow-up activities
- Strategically manage critical error supports with timely solutions
- Oversee and optimize ongoing operations, including LCP implementations, year-end activities, and system notifications
- Lead change requests in organizational management and personnel administration
- Head Employee Central localization projects as the lead project team member
- Implement, modify, and oversee operations in SAP time management analyzing country-specific regulations
- Provide advanced ILM support in English
- Implement and maintain legal data protection compliance, including GDPR
- Lead migrations to S4 HANA
- Develop and maintain advanced reports and extend existing reports using ABAP OO
- Lead the development, support, and management of customer UIS applications in ESS, MSS, and PEP, including advanced UX consulting
- Lead teams in supporting and developing the interface regarding troubleshooting
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP time management and payroll with a minimum of 5 years' experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Advanced qualifications in Master data and deep familiarity with UI5 and ABAP OO
- Strong leadership capabilities in managing interfaces, including IDocs, HR PDC, and other APIs
- Proven experience in handling S4 HANA interfaces
- In-depth understanding of legal data protection requirements such as GDPR
- Advanced skills in developing and supporting customer UIS applications in various areas including ESS, MSS, and PEP
- Expertise in leading troubleshooting and interface development initiatives
- High proficiency in English at a B2 level and fluency in Portuguese, with effective communication and team leadership skills
