We are seeking a Lead SAP FSM Functional Consultant to take ownership of enhancing our field service management processes and guiding a team toward successful implementation and optimization.
As a Lead SAP FSM Functional Consultant, you will lead the configuration and customization of SAP FSM modules, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to align business needs with technical capabilities. You will play a critical role in project leadership, ensuring seamless delivery of FSM solutions and driving continuous improvement in field service operations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP FSM modules to support field service processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business leaders to gather and analyze complex business requirements
- Map client workflows to standard SAP FSM functionalities (planning, scheduling, dispatching) while identifying opportunities for improvement
- Oversee and ensure integration of FSM with backend systems (e.g., ERP, C4C/CRM) in collaboration with technical teams
- Supervise and coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance for FSM solutions
- Provide leadership and support throughout deployment, including post-go-live maintenance and optimization
- Develop and review functional documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions
- Mentor junior consultants and functional team members, sharing best practices and knowledge
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks, providing technical and functional guidance to the project team
- Act as a point of escalation for critical challenges in FSM implementation and operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with SAP FSM and in field service management solutions
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Deep knowledge of SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (Hybris Cloud For Customer)
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions
- Extensive experience in managing and conducting system testing, ongoing support, and user acceptance testing
- In-depth understanding of field service processes, optimization principles, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including mentoring and guiding a team
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2+
Nice to have
- Background in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
- Proficiency in SAP CPI: Development
- Experience in designing integration architecture for FSM solutions
