Responsibilities
- Design and execute SAP FI and CO processes for replenishment and inventory control
- Coordinate availability checks, sourcing, and rough stock indicator assessments
- Manage sales order workflows including direct sales, returns, replacements, lending, and trade-in
- Oversee inventory replenishment and compensation for trade partners
- Supervise shipment handling and payment settlement operations
- Map ECC and S4 chart of accounts and administer finance roll-up covering revenue, receivables, and banking
- Develop and maintain invoice and other print-out forms
- Support sales channels including e-commerce, retail outlets, field force, and marketplaces
- Maintain core master data within the S4 retail environment
- Lead HANA template design and pilot rollout for SAP FI solutions in an agile setting
Requirements
- Proven senior-level experience with SAP FI and CO modules, minimum 5 years
- Strong expertise in replenishment and inventory management procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales order management and payment processing
- Experience mapping ECC and S4 chart of accounts
- Familiarity with e-commerce, retail, and marketplace sales environments
- Competence in managing master data in SAP S4 retail systems
- Capability to lead HANA template design and pilot projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective English communication skills at B2 level or above
