We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lead SAP Consultant to join our team.
This position is central to a global initiative aimed at transforming and modernizing the SAP environment. As an expert in the SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) stream, you will lead efforts in knowledge acquisition, process enhancement, and continuous support to ensure SAP solutions align with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions to thoroughly understand business processes, configurations, and custom code within the SAP VIM stream
- Oversee the transition of SAP VIM processes to ensure smooth integration with business operations
- Provide ongoing support to maintain SAP VIM functionality and address any issues that arise
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements to SAP VIM processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP VIM solutions that meet business needs and add value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP consulting or similar roles
- At least 1 year of experience managing and leading development teams
- Strong expertise in SAP Logistics (SCM) with a deep understanding of supply chain operations
- Extensive knowledge of SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and its configurations
- Advanced problem-solving abilities to assess and resolve complex system issues effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient English skills (written and spoken) at a B2+ level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience contributing to large-scale SAP transformation or modernization initiatives
- Professional certifications in SAP modules, such as SAP VIM or SAP Logistics
