Responsibilities
- Design software solutions across user interface, backend, and database layers
- Develop cloud native applications using SAP CAP with Node.js and TypeScript
- Build and sustain front-end components with SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
- Coordinate testing and deployment within CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues ensuring high quality output
- Collaborate with global teams applying SAFe agile methodology
- Maintain and improve lean development processes using Git, TeamCity, and Jenkins
- Analyze system performance and optimize distributed architectures
- Conduct code reviews and share knowledge to uphold best practices
- Document software designs and technical details
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP CAP development with Node.js and TypeScript, minimum 5 years
- Strong skills in cloud native development on SAP Business Technology Platform
- Experience with front-end frameworks including SAPUI5 and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and agile frameworks such as SAFe
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and tools like Git, TeamCity, Jenkins
- Understanding of containerization and CI/CD concepts
- Bonus: experience with Java development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in global environments
- Structured and goal-driven working style
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Three.js or React.js
- Understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed system design
- Exposure to debugging and troubleshooting intricate systems
