We are seeking a Lead SAP Ariba/S4 Technical Consultant to join our team.
This position involves significant responsibility for managing the P2P process while leveraging technical expertise to enhance SAP solutions. It emphasizes configuration, technical customization, and debugging in S4 ABAP, with close collaboration between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Ariba Buying and Invoicing solutions
- Customize SAP S4HANA systems according to organizational requirements
- Diagnose and address underlying technical issues in S4 ABAP
- Ensure effective integration of SAP Ariba with S4 and external platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process enhancement
- Recommend solutions that require minimal oversight
- Perform technical assessments to improve system efficiency
- Assist with the transition to cloud-based procurement technologies
- Document technical workflows clearly and consistently
- Contribute to project planning and execution activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in SAP Logistics with a focus on SCM
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP for S/4HANA systems
- Background in developing SAP Fiori applications
- Competency in working with SAP Interfaces, including BTP, CPI, and CIG
- Understanding of EDI and API integration concepts
- English language proficiency at a professional level
Nice to have
- SAP Ariba certification credentials
- Familiarity with RFC protocols and associated integrations
- Knowledge of advanced debugging techniques in S4 ABAP systems
- Experience in implementing cloud-based procurement technologies
- Capability to design and execute independent solutions
