We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to join our remote team, responsible for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds.
In this position, you will be leading a team of developers and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
- Manage the development lifecycle, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems using REST API
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Assist in the development of Salesforce Billing, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Integration solutions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce Development, specializing in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams of developers, ensuring successful project delivery
- Experience in Conga CLM and Conga/Apttus CPQ, enabling the development of customized solutions for customers
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), enabling the creation of reusable UI components
- Proficiency in REST API, enabling seamless integration with external systems
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex, enabling the development of complex business logic
- Excellent communication skills, fostering effective communication with stakeholders and team members
- Strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working in cross-functional teams and with external consultants
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in Salesforce Billing, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Integration, adding a layer of expertise to the team
