We are looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive enhancements in client solutions utilizing Salesforce Primary Clouds and advanced development skills.
In this role, you will elevate code quality, implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth operation of production environments. Join us to lead impactful projects and propel your Salesforce expertise to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Create and enhance Salesforce applications within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud environments
- Manage and implement CI/CD workflows using Copado or equivalent platforms
- Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) techniques to deliver reliable and maintainable code
- Oversee production environment health and resolve operational issues
- Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and interpret client requirements
- Maintain high code standards through peer reviews and best practice adherence
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and development guidelines
- Enhance Salesforce platform efficiency and scalability
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs
- Lead deployment and release management processes
Requirements
- Proven experience with Salesforce development roles, minimum 5 years
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform development including UI and API
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Primary Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, especially Copado or readiness to learn
- Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
- Comprehensive grasp of code quality standards and software development lifecycle
- Capability to monitor and manage production environments effectively
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
Nice to have
- Experience working with Einstein 1 Platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform integration methods
