Lead Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and strategic implementation of Salesforce solutions that support and drive business goals. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong leadership presence, technical excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality Salesforce applications that optimize operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development lifecycle of Salesforce projects from design to deployment
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and mentorship
- Architect scalable and effective solutions within Salesforce Experience Cloud and other primary clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems, particularly secure sign-in mechanisms such as OKTA
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Salesforce environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Package and support deployment of releases
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- At least one year of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Demonstrated experience in managing full lifecycle Salesforce projects or significant involvement in multiple project phases
- Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud with a deep understanding of its architecture and development capabilities
- Extensive experience with Salesforce's primary clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
- Proficient in integrating complex systems with Salesforce, including registration forms with secure authentication systems like OKTA
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
- Well-versed in Agile development methodologies
- Fluent in English, with a B2 level or higher in communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and its application in healthcare settings
- Knowledge of advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
- Familiarity with Salesforce mobile solutions and mobile optimization strategies
