We are in search of a Lead Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our team.

As a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), you will collaborate with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams to manage the Salesforce system strategically, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity. You will be responsible for leading major platform-wide projects focused on CPQ and Billing systems, providing mentorship and management to a team of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a functional expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), collaborating with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
  • Manage the Salesforce system strategically, including system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
  • Lead major platform-wide projects focused on CPQ and Billing systems, providing mentorship and management to a team of professionals
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Hands-on design, architecture, and configuration skills within Salesforce environments
  • Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and an understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
  • Proficiency in automated deployment tools
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to effectively mentor and manage a team of professionals
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English language proficiency for clear communication with stakeholders
Nice to have
  • Salesforce certification would be a significant advantage
