We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Copado to join our Release Management team.

In this role, you will be responsible for CI/CD automation and manual administrative tasks within Salesforce. You will play a key role in ensuring that changes and releases are managed effectively, reducing disruptions and enhancing the value of our Salesforce solutions. Responsibilities
  • Manage CI/CD automation processes with Copado
  • Assist developers with resolving Copado-related challenges
  • Perform manual Salesforce administrative tasks before and after deployments
  • Guide teams through deployment planning and addressing dependencies
  • Collaborate with the Release Management team to enhance deployment workflows
  • Provide training to developers on automation best practices as processes evolve
  • Support the team by facilitating the use of Copado
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 1+ years of leadership involvement in related roles
  • Background in managing CI/CD workflows
  • Proficiency in using Copado for deployment purposes
  • Strong background in Salesforce configurations and core concepts
  • Competency in managing multiple priorities and tasks independently
  • B2+ level fluency in English, including strong communication skills
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft for integration purposes
  • Understanding of DevOps methodologies and tools
  • Experience in mentoring and supporting team development
  • Knowledge of documenting deployment plans effectively
  • Background in managing dependencies across multiple teams
