Responsibilities
- Lead the development team and ensure the quality of the codebase, adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new features, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to the development team, ensuring the quality of the codebase and adherence to coding standards
- Design and implement release strategies, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance and support to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Ruby development, demonstrating your expertise in the language and its ecosystem
- Experience with Go language, Docker, and GitHub, enabling you to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications
- Proven experience in code review and release strategy, showcasing your ability to ensure the quality of the codebase and deliver software on time
- Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers, reflecting your leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and strong critical thinking capabilities to effectively convey feedback and insights
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher, enabling effective communication

- Experience with TDD
- Experience in building and implementing A/B tests
- Experience in building highly scalable and performant applications
