We are seeking a skilled Lead Power BI Developer to drive data analytics and visualization projects, enabling informed decisions across multiple departments.

As a Lead Power BI Developer, you will deliver advanced data analysis and reporting solutions that support data-driven decisions throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
  • Drive a small team of professionals, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework
  • Own and manage the task backlog to ensure it is well populated and prioritized
  • Offer product management strategic insights based on data analysis
  • Utilize strong SQL skills to query and manipulate data from multiple sources
  • Work with Azure DevOps for data extraction and data integration tasks
  • Engage in continuous process documentation and improvement alongside subject matter experts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in Agile environments, with more than 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling techniques
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, including working with its APIs
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or other ETL tools
  • Proven success in creating detailed reports and dashboards that influence business decisions
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging high-level stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
  • English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
