Lead .NET Engineer

We are looking for an accomplished Lead .NET Engineer to join a newly established product-oriented development team (POD). In this role, you will partner with a client-side team that includes a Product Owner, Technical Lead, and an existing team of developers and QA engineers. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable and maintainable features using .NET Core, C#, Vue.js (or ReactJS), MS SQL Server, T-SQL, and MongoDB. You will also ensure the application performs efficiently within an AWS environment. This role demands strong expertise in full-stack development, leadership experience, a passion for delivering reliable solutions, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, improve, and sustain web applications using ASP.NET Core and Vue.js or ReactJS
  • Evaluate and enhance existing applications to support multi-tenant functionality
  • Refactor codebases to meet scalability and performance requirements
  • Optimize data models and minimize database query complexity to improve system efficiency
  • Ensure smooth integration and high performance in the AWS environment using Kubernetes, preferably AWS EKS, while addressing any challenges
  • Set up effective logging and traceability processes using appropriate tools and frameworks
  • Apply microservices architecture principles and leverage AI-based tools for code optimization
  • Maintain rigorous security and compliance standards throughout the multi-tenant implementation process
  • Collaborate closely with client-side teams to align on objectives and ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET and .NET Core development
  • Advanced expertise in ASP.NET Core
  • At least one year of experience in team leadership and management
  • Proficiency in Vue.js or ReactJS, with experience in component-based design, state management, and asynchronous workflows
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including database design, query optimization, and writing efficient queries
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, with a preference for AWS EKS
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, Fargate, and SQS
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web services, and data modeling techniques
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools like Git
  • Expertise in logging, observability, and traceability within .NET applications
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
  • Proficient in English at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken
Nice to have
  • Experience transitioning applications from single-tenant to multi-tenant architecture
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools
  • Knowledge of security best practices in web development
  • Experience with performance optimization and tuning in .NET applications
  • Previous experience working within client-side teams
  • Exposure to product ecosystems involving multiple technologies and diverse tech stacks
  • Background in Python development
