Lead .NET Developer

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Lead .NET Developer to fulfill a technology leadership role within our Azure platform team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the architecture, design, and development of advanced applications while ensuring seamless integration and scalability within the Azure ecosystem. The perfect candidate is client-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of navigating complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of .NET-based applications using Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project requirements
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Azure environments
  • Architect and integrate solutions using Angular for responsive, scalable front-end development
  • Utilize Azure Event Hubs to enable efficient data streaming and event processing pipelines
  • Establish best practices for application development, security, and cloud infrastructure management
  • Mentor and support team members to drive project success and encourage professional growth
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues across application and cloud platforms
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile development processes
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in .NET development
  • 1+ years of experience in a role of a Technical Lead or Team Lead
  • Expertise in .NET with hands-on experience in designing and building scalable enterprise applications
  • Proficiency in Angular, Azure Event Hubs, and Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance
  • Background in deploying, managing, and scaling applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and practices, particularly within Azure environments
  • Familiarity with AWS for cross-cloud integrations and strategies is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead teams and communicate across stakeholders
  • B2 level of English or higher, with an emphasis on technical communication skills
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Bicep for creating and managing Infrastructure as Code
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD within Azure environments
  • Showcase of flexibility to adapt to emerging technologies and tools as required
