We are looking for an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead our talented development team.

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .NET technologies. With 5+ years of relevant production experience, you should have a deep understanding of C#, ReactJS, .NET Core, SQL, NoSQL Databases, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and ASP.NET. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing a team of .NET developers throughout the software development life cycle
Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements and translating them into technical designs
Designing and developing scalable and maintainable software applications using .NET technologies
Overseeing the integration of applications with external systems and APIs
Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshooting complex issues and providing timely resolutions
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance development efficiency and quality
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth

Requirements

5+ years of relevant production experience as a .NET Developer, with demonstrable leadership experience
1+ years of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in C#, ReactJS, .NET Core, SQL, NoSQL Databases, JavaScript, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and ASP.NET
Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts
Extensive experience with Dapper, Entity Framework, and ADO.NET for data access
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and motivate a development team
B2+ English level for effective communication and coordination
