Join our remote team as a Lead MS Dynamics 365 Developer. As a key player in our Digital Supply Chain Transformation Program, you will be implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions. We are looking for a proven team leader with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the business values of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions to customers and stakeholders, building consensus around recommended solutions
- Prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required for project implementation
- Ensure the governance of processes in delivery management and production per selected delivery model
- Perform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
- Lead and mentor the team of developers
- Measure and improve delivery productivity, building delivery timelines for multiple streams and analyzing internal/external dependencies
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and Power Automate implementation and development
- Proven ability to lead and work effectively with geographically distributed teams
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
- Expertise in onshore, nearshore/offshore outsourcing and delivery models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English at an C2 level
Nice to have
- Experience in other Microsoft products such as Power BI, SharePoint showcasing versatility in Microsoft technology stack
