Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Microsoft Dynamics Developer with 5+ years of development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM products and development experience with WCF and WebAPI to join our team.
The customer is the world's 2nd largest asset management company. It has modernization projects driven by digital transformation focused on Agility, innovation, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Developing Outlook queues, shared Inbox for small teams
- Developing core Inbox functionality – workflow distribution of message to the right Queue, Crew members based on defined attributes and service levels
- Direct7ing email to clients including vacation coverage and back-up logic
- Queue management within Dynamics including forms, views, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of development and customization experience of MS Dynamics CRM products
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Experience in MS Dynamics CRM integrations with external systems
- Experience in Agile practices
- Experience in Cloud technologies (AWS)
- Experience with development of MS Dynamics CRM Plugins, Workflows and Actions
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience with WCF and WebAPI
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM 2016 (on-premises and online) out of the box functionality
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Knowledge of SOLID
- Knowledge of Unit Testing concepts
- Understanding of Design Patterns
- English level C1
