We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our remote team, working on a project aimed at developing a cutting-edge CRM solution for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions that meet clients' business needs while ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet clients' business needs and adhere to best practices and standards
  • Lead and mentor development teams, providing technical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimal performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Estimate development efforts and provide regular updates on progress to project managers and stakeholders
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Ensure that all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment to production environments
  • Ensure that all code is version controlled and that appropriate branching and merging strategies are implemented
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development trends and technologies and share knowledge with the team
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
  • Proven experience leading development teams, including remote teams, and delivering high-quality solutions within budget and timelines
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Apps, and Power Pages, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain complex business solutions
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages
  • Experience in SQL Server, including the ability to design and optimize complex database schemas
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with clients
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an C2 level
Nice to have
  • Experience in Power Automate, demonstrating the ability to automate business processes and workflows
