We are looking for a Lead Mainframe Natural Developer to oversee the building of robust mainframe software solutions. You will lead the development and maintenance of Natural language applications and manage Adabas database systems to support client goals. Join our team to lead significant projects and enhance our mainframe technology capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and design of applications using Natural programming language
- Maintain and improve existing software to fulfill changing business needs
- Supervise Adabas database management including design, access, and performance enhancement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical documentation
- Develop and conduct unit and integration tests to maintain software standards
- Identify and fix software bugs and optimize system operation
- Document technical architectures and development workflow to support maintenance and team knowledge
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of 5+ years in Mainframe application development
- Deep knowledge of Natural programming language and other Mainframe programming languages
- Extensive experience in Adabas database administration and tuning
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business demands into technical solutions
- Strong skills in software testing and debugging
- Advanced English communication skills (C1 or higher)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
