We are hiring a Lead Mainframe Natural Developer to oversee the creation of dependable mainframe software solutions. This role involves leading the architecture, development, and support of applications built with the Natural language and managing Adabas databases to meet client strategies. Become part of our team to guide major projects and improve our mainframe offerings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the design and coding of applications using Natural programming language
- Maintain and upgrade existing software to satisfy evolving business demands
- Administer Adabas databases, focusing on design, access, and performance improvements
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements
- Implement unit and integration testing to maintain software quality
- Troubleshoot and fix software issues while optimizing performance
- Create documentation for technical designs and development workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in Mainframe application development
- Strong knowledge of Natural programming language and other Mainframe languages
- In-depth understanding of Adabas database administration and tuning
- Experience in working with diverse teams to convert business needs into technical solutions
- Solid skills in software testing and debugging strategies
- Proficient English communication at advanced level (C1 or above)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
