Lead JavaScript Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a talented Lead JavaScript Developer to join our remote team, contributing to the full life cycle delivery of our software solutions.
As a Lead JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for one of our three Scrum streams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will be part of the requirements and design development process, making proposals for improvement in UX and user-friendly interfaces. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality code and user experiences
- Participate in requirements and design development, contributing to the enhancement of user experiences
- Propose improvements for UX and user-friendly interfaces, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all code is well-documented and easily maintainable
- Conduct code reviews and ensure that all code meets our high standards for quality and maintainability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in web development, contributing to the technical direction of our products
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, especially ES2015, demonstrating your proficiency in creating efficient and scalable code
- Good experience in the React ecosystem or Next.js and SSR
- Experience with Node.js
- Experience with Amazon Web Services, showcasing your ability to work with cloud-based architectures
- Experience in requirements and design development, highlighting your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage stress effectively, maintaining a high level of performance even under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, allowing you to effectively lead and mentor a team of developers
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Good understanding of version control systems, specifically Git, ensuring that all code is well-managed and easily maintainable
- Basic knowledge of web performance, enabling you to optimize our products for speed and efficiency
