We are seeking a proficient Lead JavaScript Developer to join our remote team. As a Lead JavaScript Developer, you will be responsible for implementing new features required from US business using Vue.js. You will play a pivotal role in leading the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, working with a talented team to ensure the successful implementation of innovative features.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using Vue.js
- Implement new features required from US business using Vue.js
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of innovative features
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Ensure the adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and its frameworks, especially Vue.js
- Experience with Vuex state management pattern for Vue.js
- Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Frontend solutions in Vue.js
- Excellent understanding of Frontend build tools and the ability to architect efficient and reusable Frontend systems
- Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Fluency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Solid knowledge of Sitecore CMS, including Sitecore Content Authoring and Sitecore Unit Tests
