Lead Java Full Stack Developer

Java, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, ReactJS, SQL, Docker

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our remote team and work on a multi-year program to reimagine and re-platform our client's legacy application suite. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the code review process and enforcing coding, architectural, testing, build, and CI standards across the team. If you have a strong background in Java/Spring Boot, Ruby, React technologies, and experience with SQL & NoSQL technologies, Oracle database, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Support the code review process and enforce coding, architectural, testing, build, and CI standards across the team
  • Work on a multi-year program to reimagine and re-platform our client's legacy application suite
  • Integrate new components with existing code and read legacy C++/C#/Java code as required
  • Design and develop microservices using Java/Spring Boot, Ruby, and React technologies
  • Automate pipelines and ensure CI/CD processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, develop, and implement effective solutions
  • Ensure the integrity of systems by analyzing and troubleshooting issues promptly
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Java Full Stack Developer
  • 1 year of relevant leadership experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Experience with Java/Spring Boot, Ruby, React technologies, and SQL & NoSQL technologies
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS
  • Experience in designing and developing microservices
  • Experience in CI/CD and automating pipelines
  • Experience with healthcare or other highly regulated industries is a big plus
  • Fluent English language skills with an Upper-Intermediate level
