Lead Java Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer with an emphasis on backend development to join our team.

This position requires collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams, utilizing advanced technologies to deliver exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Write modular and reusable code adhering to clean architecture principles and best practices
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
  • Enhance backend and frontend architecture through active design discussions
  • Collaborate with teams to define and integrate APIs that ensure seamless communication between backend and frontend
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, peer reviews, and technical planning sessions
  • Uphold code quality and standards through Git Flow, Jenkins pipelines, and SonarQube analysis
  • Execute unit testing strategies using Jest, Junit 5, and Mockito
  • Oversee the delivery of features from concept to production deployment with precision and ownership
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to contribute to broader product and team objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack developer, expertise in Java 21 and Spring Boot 3
  • Solid knowledge of frontend development with Angular 17 and TypeScript, including RxJS and component-based design
  • Proficiency in REST/GraphQL APIs and micro-frontend frameworks
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, JUnit 5, and Mockito
  • Competency in Git workflows and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and SonarQube for deployment and code management
  • Background in feature delivery and technical leadership involving cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP
  • Understanding of advanced DevOps practices for scaling and automation
  • Familiarity with progressive pipelines and cloud-based deployment models
