We are actively looking for a Lead Java Full-Stack Developer to enhance our energetic team.
This role entails designing and building high-performance software solutions across an intricate technology stack. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge in Java, SpringBoot, Redis, ElasticSearch, Postgres, and Angular with an emphasis on creating resilient microservices and delivering a smooth user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create and sustain backend services leveraging Java and SpringBoot within a microservices framework
- Architect RESTful APIs and event-driven messaging for seamless communication between services
- Implement Redis for optimized data caching and leverage ElasticSearch and Postgres for sophisticated data storage and retrieval
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, mainly on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on enhancing scalability, security, and performance
- Work alongside diverse teams to advance projects, mentor less experienced developers, and encourage creative solutions
- Regularly assess and enhance application performance to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Build intuitive front-end applications using Angular to ensure an uninterrupted experience for users
- Uphold high standards of code quality and sustain maintainability through consistent code reviews and following best practices
- Identify and resolve application issues swiftly through efficient troubleshooting and debugging
- Remain abreast of new technologies and industry movements to integrate relevant innovations into our projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in software development with a strong focus on Java and SpringBoot
- 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Background in crafting microservices architecture, creating RESTful APIs, and managing event-driven frameworks
- Proficiency in managing data using Redis, ElasticSearch, and Postgres
- Capability to manage and operate on cloud infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Thorough comprehension of agile methodologies and dedication to software development best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to addressing obstacles
- Excellent communication abilities coupled with leadership in project guidance and team collaboration
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant fields
- Prior experience in the sectors of Real Estate, Insurance, Mortgage, or Commercial/Residential Tax
- Understanding of Angular (version 13+)
