Lead Java Developer (with Angular)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer with Angular expertise to join our Life Sciences & Healthcare project as a Lead Developer. In this role, you will collaborate in an agile team to develop and maintain enterprise-level applications. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting, designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions, as well as working with DevOps. The ideal candidate will be independently driven, proactive, accountable, and reliable, with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate in an agile team to develop enterprise-level applications
Design, develop, and optimize software solutions
Work on DevOps-enabled applications and deliveries
Rapidly fix bugs and solve problems
Strong leadership skills to lead the development team and work with stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of professional software development experience with large-scale software projects, source control, continuous integration, documentation
In-depth knowledge of web application development, including (unit-) testing and demonstrable experience with Angular
Strong knowledge of Java Full Stack Cloud, React, and AWS
Capable of identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and bugs.
English proficiency B2+
Leadership expirience 1+ year
