Lead Java Developer for a Financial Services Corporation

Currently, we are looking for a remote Lead Developer with knowledge of Spring 8+, knowledge of AWS RDS or DynamoDB and proper RDBMS knowledge to join our team.

The customer is a provider of investor communications and technology-driven solutions to banks, broker-dealers, mutual funds and corporate issuers. The Company's segments include Investor Communication Solutions, and Global Technology and Operations. The Company delivers a range of solutions that helps its clients serve their retail and institutional customers across the entire investment lifecycle, including pre-trade, trade, and post-trade processing functionality.

Responsibilities

Write high-quality code
Offer good solutions for business problems
Work together with other team members on achieving common goal
Perform code review of other team members
Provide estimates for tasks
Communicate with the customer when it is required
Meet deadlines

Requirements

5+ years of experience with Java
Knowledge of Spring 8+
Experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot
Knowledge of AWS RDS or DynamoDB
Familiar with Apache Kafka and/or Spark and/or Hazelcast
Proper RDBMS knowledge
TDD or BDD experience
Git/GitLab/GitHub knowledge
Code review experience
1+ year of relevant leadership experience
Proficient English (written and spoken) B2
