We are seeking a skilled Lead Java Developer to join our team and take charge of developing, enhancing, and maintaining Java-based applications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the redesign and improvement of the advertising platform to meet evolving business needs
  • Develop and implement tools for monitoring system performance and analyzing user engagement metrics
  • Test and debug platform integrations to ensure seamless operation across systems
  • Collaborate with the team to define technical requirements and design robust system architecture
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers to improve their skills and maintain coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and optimal performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of software development experience in a commercial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage development teams effectively in a professional setting
  • Strong expertise in Java programming for developing scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications
  • Practical experience with the Spring framework for creating enterprise-grade software solutions
  • Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in complex software systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SQL for database querying and management
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture for building modular and scalable applications
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation
