We are seeking a remote Lead Instructional Designer to join our team and design engaging and interactive learning experiences. In this role, you will leverage innovative learning strategies and methodologies to write clear and concise learning objectives and content. You will use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes. Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders, you will have a strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles to create effective e-learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and programs
- Write clear and concise learning objectives and content
- Use multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences
- Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders
- Ensure e-learning solutions align with the needs of the target audience and the business objectives of our clients
- Manage projects and ensure timely delivery of e-learning solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or related field
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in designing and developing e-learning courses and programs
- Strong ability to write clear and concise learning objectives and content
- Proficient in using multimedia and technology to enhance learning experiences and design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes
- Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in English language with a C2 of competency for effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders
