We are looking for a remote Senior Go Language Developer to join our team.
You will be responsible for creating the backend part of a process simulation application. Leveraging your expertise in Go Lang and Google Cloud Platform, you will play a key role in developing and evolving the backend platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the backend part of a process simulation application using Go Lang and Google Cloud Platform
- Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for efficient containerization and orchestration of the application
- Collaborate with the team to integrate Python for backend functionalities, if applicable
- Manage and manipulate databases using SQL, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
- Evolve the existing framework by building reusable code and libraries
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a backend developer with expertise in Go Lang and Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in development products
- Experience working in an agile environment, particularly with SCRUM methodologies
- Strong team player with excellent leadership and proactive problem-solving abilities
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python for backend development
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database management and manipulation
- Experience in financial services industry, providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements
