We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Develop React applications to meet project goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives
- Ensure adherence to established quality standards
- Debug and address issues during development phases
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
Requirements
- Knowledge of ReactJS, Next.js, or TypeScript with 5+ years of experience
- Relevant leadership experience of at least 1 year
- Background in cloud-native deployments
- Background in developing medium-load, large-scale business-critical applications
- Proficiency in making data-driven decisions
- Competency in problem-solving and debugging
- Understanding of fast-paced, collaborative work environments
- Minimum English language level B2+
