Lead Frontend Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Software Engineer to contribute significantly to developing user-focused web applications.

With an emphasis on creating scalable, accessible, and efficient code, you will collaborate with diverse teams to enhance product functionality, design, and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the application lifecycle by focusing on coding and debugging
  • Design and deploy web applications to maximize performance and user experience
  • Promote best practices through active participation in the Frontend Community of Practice
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies such as planning events, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions
  • Enhance scalable distributed systems on the Cloud in coordination with other Developers
  • Adapt product architectures and solutions to meet evolving requirements
  • Enhance modularity and maintainability by developing reusable code and libraries
  • Improve testing coverage by integrating automated tests into the development process
  • Utilize advanced tools and technologies effectively in development workflows
  • Support junior developers with mentorship and structured guidance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software development
  • Strong command of React, focusing on components, props, state, and hooks
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 with an emphasis on accessibility and responsive design
  • Background in using Vite, Zustand, and Material-UI (MUI)
  • Understanding of GraphQL, Redux or MobX, Webpack, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Skills in leveraging Storybook and Jest for development and testing
  • Competency in responsive design, performance optimization, and unit-testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud platforms and DevOps practices
  • Capability to collaborate within Agile methodologies like Scrum
  • Expertise in communication, team collaboration, and strategic problem-solving
  • Qualifications in mentoring and coaching team members professionally
  • Proficiency in English at the B2+ level or higher
