Lead ForgeRock Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead ForgeRock Engineer to lead the development and implementation of secure identity and access management solutions utilizing the ForgeRock suite.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications that enhance user experiences and meet business needs. As a key member of our team, your expertise in ForgeRock technologies will help shape the future of digital identity management in our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct services on IAM ForgeRock engagements
  • Gather requirements and develop use cases
  • Create, validate and justify security solutions and designs
  • Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards
  • Install, integrate, and configure IAM solutions and systems
  • Transcribe and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and execute test cases and plans
  • Design and implement ForgeRock Identity Management solutions
  • Configure and manage ForgeRock Access Management
  • Maintain ForgeRock Directory Services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management implementation
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Background in ForgeRock IAM suite, including OpenIDM, OpenAM, and OpenDJ
  • Capability to troubleshoot support requests with minimal guidance
  • Skills in light admin/support for Linux (Redhat), Windows OSs, and Tomcat
  • Understanding of basic Linux shell and Windows PowerShell scripting
  • Experience in ITSM environment and tools such as ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in LDAP, SSO, OAuth, SAML, and RESTful APIs
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Groovy or Shell
  • Knowledge of directory services concepts and protocols
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Prior experience in a global or multinational business environment
  • Additional credentials or certifications in ForgeRock products or related technologies
