We are looking for a remote Lead Experience Designer to join our global team of over 450 multi-disciplinary designers.

Responsibilities
- Create and improve products for some of the world’s top services
- Define and manage delivery processes to ensure project quality and effectiveness
- Work closely with stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives
- Conduct workshops to gather insights, define strategies, and foster collaboration
- Lead pre-sales efforts by identifying opportunities and defining project scopes
- Assist in preparing client proposals by presenting creative ideas and solutions
- Advocate for design decisions by presenting and explaining them to clients and stakeholders
- Guide and mentor design and development teams to achieve project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing teams or leading design initiatives
- Completion of at least 12 real-world projects
- A portfolio highlighting UI deliverables and UX case studies
- Comprehensive experience in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from research to product launch
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking to address complex design challenges
- Ability to assess and interpret control results to guide decision-making
- Proficiency in translating business KPIs into actionable design strategies
- Strong conflict resolution and team management skills
- Ability to effectively present and justify design decisions
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working with distributed or globally dispersed design teams
- Knowledge of designing for emerging platforms or technologies
