We are seeking a remote Lead Experience Designer to join our global design group of over 450 multi-disciplinary designers.

Responsibilities
- Design and enhance products for some of the world’s leading services
- Establish and oversee delivery processes for projects to ensure quality and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
- Facilitate workshops to gather insights, define strategies, and encourage collaboration
- Lead pre-sale activities to identify opportunities and define project scopes
- Contribute to client proposals by presenting ideas and solutions
- Present, articulate, and advocate design decisions to stakeholders and clients
- Lead and mentor design and development teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team management role
- A track record of completing at least 12 real-world projects
- A strong portfolio showcasing UI artifacts and UX case studies
- Experience in the full product development lifecycle, from research to launch
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills to solve complex design challenges
- Ability to evaluate and interpret control results to inform decisions
- Capability to translate business KPIs into actionable design tasks
- Skill in managing and resolving conflicts effectively within teams
- Proficiency in presenting and defending design decisions
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience working in distributed or global design teams
- Familiarity with designing for emerging technologies or platforms
