Responsibilities
- Adopt AI-enhanced DevSecOps practices to strengthen automation and security
- Standardize CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code across teams
- Enhance operational efficiency by employing AI and ML-based automation techniques
- Provide guidance to engineering teams for adoption of advanced DevSecOps solutions
- Coordinate efforts with platform, security, and operations teams to ensure strategic alignment
- Utilize and refine Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform and similar tools
- Employ scripting solutions using Python and related languages for process automation
- Oversee container orchestration management with Kubernetes or AKS for optimization
- Embed secure development processes within product teams
- Continuously improve and refine DevSecOps toolchains and workflows
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a related field
- Background in DevSecOps with CI/CD workflows and tooling in enterprise environments
- Interest in AI/ML applications for software delivery and security
- Experience working with containerized applications and public cloud platforms, especially Azure
- Competency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities to support team development
- English proficiency at a B2 level or above
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LangGraph
- Understanding of MLOps practices
- Knowledge of Python.Core frameworks
- Additional skills in Terraform extending beyond standard applications
