We are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join our cutting-edge team. In this role, you will take ownership of complex system architectures, ensuring the seamless deployment, maintenance, and scalability of key applications while meeting strategic business objectives. Responsibilities
- Create and adapt system architectures to align with evolving business needs
- Implement AI solutions to strengthen coding standards and establish best practices
- Oversee deployment procedures, monitor system performance, and ensure platform stability
- Apply SRE principles to enhance reliability, track key metrics, and efficiently address incidents
- Manage robust AWS and Azure cloud infrastructures and improve related services
- Foster cross-functional teamwork between development, operations, QA, and other departments
- Effectively communicate technical ideas and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Design CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize development and deployment workflows
- Develop powerful tools and scripts to streamline operational processes and increase efficiency
- Build and enhance containerized and serverless architectures to support scalability and flexibility
- Ensure strong adherence to security protocols and conduct regular risk assessments
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes, workflows, and infrastructure designs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in DevSecOps roles at enterprise scale
- Over 1 year of experience utilizing AI and Generative AI technologies
- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience overseeing technical teams
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation and infrastructure management
- Background in programming frameworks including .NET, JAVA, or similar technologies
- Expertise in Terraform for deploying and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) workflows
- Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for pipeline development and automation
- Extensive cloud experience, particularly in AWS and Azure, with familiarity in GCP
- Competency in mentoring and leading DevOps professionals with measurable success
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments
