Lead DevOps Engineer (Microsoft Azure)

We are looking for a committed Lead DevOps Engineer to play a vital role in testing and deploying 3rd party applications into our client's systems.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute automated deployment and monitoring tools to guarantee optimal system operation, scalability, and superior service delivery to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Showcase of competency in generating and implementing automated deployment scripts on Azure Cloud
  • Capability to construct a robust DevOps framework within the Azure environment ensuring persistent data storage, continuous integration, and continuous deployment
  • Flexibility to document and execute high-quality performance test plans, including Test Scripts and test data
  • Assist development teams in identifying performance issues
  • Engage in daily communication in a startup-like environment
  • Offer recommendations on stubbing or mocking dependencies for the development team
  • Supervise Azure environments under automated deployment and address issues proactively
  • Engage actively in defect triage discussions and challenge development perception of priority
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in DevOps roles
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure, and REST API
  • Understanding of basic GenAI operations
  • Background in managing, deploying, and monitoring Azure-based applications
  • Skills in performance optimization and issue identification within Azure environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level

  • Knowledge of Performance Analysis
  • Familiarity with Performance Testing Fundamentals
