We are seeking a talented Lead DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an expert with knowledge of Linux administration and extensive experience in implementing DevOps practices, you will play a crucial role in efficiently deploying and integrating applications. Your proactive mindset and approach will be essential in supporting and maintaining Linux servers and setting up Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines. Additionally, you will develop tools and scripts in Python and Bash, demonstrating a good understanding of automation with tools like Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills will enable you to identify and resolve technical issues, while your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Implement DevOps practices for efficient deployment and integration of applications
- Support and maintain Linux servers
- Set up and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines
- Develop tools and scripts in Python and Bash
- Utilize automation tools like Ansible, Docker, and Jenkins in a test-automation pipeline
- Apply strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
- Actively engage as a team player, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- 1+ year of leadership experience
- Proven expertise in Linux administration and DevOps practices, including Ansible, Docker, Linux server administration, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting
- Strong understanding of network security, including Mutual TLS, SSL, and OAuth 2.0 Server Integration
- Experience in operating system hardening
- B2+ English level
- Experience in financial services with valuable insights into industry-specific requirements
