Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate proficiency in C and C++ programming to create efficient and maintainable code
  • Drive architectural decisions to ensure systems are scalable and deliver high-level performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve mutual project objectives
  • Analyze performance bottlenecks in code and optimize for multi-core and scale-out environments
  • Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers
  • Solve complex technical challenges and produce effective, innovative solutions
Requirements
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in software development with expertise in distributed storage systems
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages with understanding of data structures and algorithms
  • Background in leading the development of entire subsystems within advanced storage solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with competency in addressing technical issues
  • Expertise in distributed file systems and network protocols
  • Effective communication skills suited to collaborative, team-oriented settings
  • Interest in exploring complex technical areas with self-motivated initiative
  • Proficiency in English communication at a B2+ level
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Linux or BSD kernel-level development
  • Familiarity with Python programming language
