We are seeking an experienced Lead Communication Specialist to join our team.

As the Lead Communication Specialist for the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that inspire trust, drive engagement, and connect teams across the region. In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and global teams to ensure communication is impactful and meaningful.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and cultural aspirations
- Transform high-level concepts into actionable communication plans, campaigns, and editorial calendars
- Establish communication standards that ensure consistency, creativity, and alignment across local, regional, and global narratives
- Lead the creation and execution of campaigns focused on employee engagement, culture-building, and organizational change
- Partner with senior leaders to help them communicate authentically and foster trust within their teams
- Manage complex, cross-functional communication efforts and rollouts across multiple countries
- Design long-term communication strategies, including value-based messaging frameworks and crisis communication plans
- Maintain high standards of storytelling, visual design, and editorial quality in all communication outputs
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or team management role
- Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with business goals
- Experience supporting leadership communications, including crafting messaging for C-suite executives
- Skilled in creating annual or quarterly editorial roadmaps, communication calendars, and messaging frameworks
- Expertise in using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts
- Ability to distill complex business information into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly content
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders to deliver clear and consistent internal messaging
- Proficiency in working with designers, video producers, and UX writers to create visually engaging communications
- Experience coordinating internal events such as town halls, onboarding sessions, off-sites, or recognition initiatives
- Familiarity with hybrid and virtual engagement strategies, including post-event communication practices
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Inclusive, open-minded, and culturally sensitive in communication planning and execution
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher
