We are looking for a remote Lead Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leading the business analysis activities and collaborating closely with the engineering team to define requirements. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the project delivers the expected business value, acting as a proxy PO, collaborating with the Product Management team, and producing comprehensive project documentation to enable knowledge sharing and transfer.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis activities
- Work closely with the engineering team to define requirements

- Collaborate with the Product Management team
- Produce comprehensive project documentation to enable knowledge sharing and transfer
- Actively participate in testing, design, and planning activities to ensure quality and business value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including requirements management, documentation, and stakeholders management
- 1+ year of relevant leadership experience
- Expertise in requirements analysis and gathering techniques
- Understanding of technical aspects like SQL, API, and component integration are must have
- B2+ English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Life science, LIMS, and sequencing is highly desirable
- Familiarity with REST API and Postman
