Our remote team is seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to oversee the quality and efficiency of all business analysis activities, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for a range of activities, including quality control and management, enterprise stakeholder management, and business analysis activities planning. Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality control and management of business analysis activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain effective business analysis processes and methodologies
- Plan, organize, and manage business analysis activities, ensuring timely delivery of software solutions
- Manage enterprise stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery
- Lead the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in business analysis
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions
- 1+ years of experience in leading and mentoring teams in implementing and managing business analysis tools and strategies
- Demonstrated experience in quality control and management of business analysis activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Expertise in business analysis scaled information management, enabling effective management and analysis of complex data sets
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing these methodologies in business analysis activities
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and its various phases, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid
- Expertise in BA risk management, enabling the identification and mitigation of project risks
- Ability to manage enterprise stakeholders effectively, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external consultants
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and data insights to diverse stakeholders
- Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, enabling the creation of insightful reports and dashboards
- Experience in project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMP, enhancing the ability to manage complex projects effectively
