Lead Business Analyst

Hybrid in Greece

We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Lead Business Analyst to drive the success of innovative mobile application projects in the banking industry.

This role focuses on aligning client requirements with development efforts, ensuring all solutions meet the intended product vision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in Agile practices and fixed-price project delivery, coupled with an understanding of Product Management principles.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the client's Product Owner to shape and align the product vision
  • Document business requirements by translating them into detailed user stories for teams
  • Facilitate communication channels between stakeholders and technical teams
  • Prioritize project tasks and maintain backlog based on organizational objectives
  • Evaluate deliverable quality and progress through all development phases
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to validate and refine evolving requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on mobile app development
  • 1+ years of leadership within relevant project settings
  • Competency in Agile frameworks, especially with Scrum teams
  • Background in the financial services or banking sector
  • Flexibility to manage project scope effectively in fixed-price contracts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, .NET frameworks, or mobile design using Swift or Kotlin
  • Capability to address complex and strategic challenges in dynamic environments
Nice to have
  • Understanding of Digital Banking and Retail Banking platforms
  • Proficiency in applying principles of Product Management
