Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive the development and improvement of internal and external portals aimed at streamlining business operations and enhancing the user experience for submissions and claims processing.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs and objectives
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, data flows, and report mock-ups, to convey requirements to the development team
  • Write detailed functional requirements for web portals, user interactions, business logic, and system components
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback to refine and finalize project requirements
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives
  • Provide expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements to maintain alignment with business goals
  • Communicate updates effectively and ensure requirement documentation is consistently maintained
  • Enforce documentation standards and manage version control for all project deliverables
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects
  • Minimum of one year of experience leading and managing development teams
  • Ability to break down high-level business needs into actionable requirements, process documentation, and user stories
  • Experience in drafting complex requirements for enterprise systems like claims processing, policy administration, or billing platforms
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management, working across teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to business users
  • Professional background in industries such as healthcare, insurance, automotive, manufacturing, or investment banking
  • Knowledge of Agile and Hybrid methodologies, along with core business analysis practices
  • Advanced skills in process improvement and workflow automation
  • Experience creating workflows and use cases for conversational AI tools or robotic process automation (RPA) systems
  • Understanding of essential user experience and design principles
  • Strong analytical capabilities to address complex business problems and provide actionable insights
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and build strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated flexibility in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with platforms and tools for workflow automation and process optimization
  • Knowledge of advanced reporting systems or business intelligence tools
  • Familiarity with AI-based technologies or machine learning applications in business operations
