Responsibilities
- Identify dependencies and detail requirements for the project roadmap
- Write specifications and user stories using Jira and Confluence
- Initiate meetings to gather insights and progress updates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Test features and address bugs to maintain quality standards
- Prioritize tasks while managing engineering backlogs
- Oversee technical initiatives to align with strategic goals
- Refine user stories to improve project standards
- Develop capacity plans and delivery roadmaps for upcoming projects
- Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust requirements
- Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in API and Integration Platforms
- Background in Business Requirements Definition and Documentation
- Experience with Scrum methodologies
- Skills in writing user stories
- Understanding of web development principles
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong English proficiency for effective communication
